RETURNS POLICY ON THIS ITEM.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with this item you will be required to submit a claim form within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will assess the claim and, if applicable, will provide you with a returns authorisation number which you will need to quote when returning the goods. 

• The goods but be returned in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days, Once the items are received back into our, or MRD Home's warehouse (wherever the goods were dispatched from), we will raise a credit note within 72 hours.
• Unwanted items must be returned in full original packaging
• We do not cover return freight costs for change of mind.
• If an item is faulty or damaged during transit a full refund will be offered in lieu of a credit note. You must notify us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or faulty item in which case you will need to provide images of the item
