Shipping & Returns

Shipping.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, shipping on furniture, by default, IS included in the price to Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane metro areas. 

If you are outside of these areas (or if the description of the product you are interested in states that shipping is not include in the price), you (the purchaser) will be notified by email of the freight / shipping costs to your location, which will need to be paid in full before dispatch of goods. After receiving notification of the shipping cost, should you not wish to proceed with the purchase, you will be offered a full refund, less any fees that may have been incurred by us as a result of the cancellation of the order. Alternatively you can contact us for a shipping quote prior to making the purchase.

Returns & Refunds.

Sava & Co offer a full refund on our Homewares & Soft Furnishings Collection's, less any fees or charges incurred, such as credit card fees, for up to 14 days of receipt of the goods, based on the following conditions:

  1. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and deemed by us to be unused.
  2. You, as the purchaser, must pay for any shipping costs associated with the return of the goods, except where the goods have been damaged or lost in transit (see below).
  3. Once Sava & Co have inspected the returned goods and have deemed them to be unused, a full refund, less any fees associated with the refund, will be issued to your banking institution.

Sava & Co do not offer a refund or exchange on bulky furniture items because of a change of mind (low stools, bench seats, side table & ottomans can be returned at the expense of you, the purchaser) so choose these products carefully. All furniture items come with a Manufacturer's warranty, please see product description for more information, or contact us if this information is not available for the product you are interested in. 

Sava & Co will only honour an exchange or refund on bulky furniture items if these items have arrived damaged in any way or if the product description was different to what you believed you were purchasing. Should this unlikely event occur, you, the purchaser must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the goods, along with photo's of the damages or claim by you. 

Broken / Missing Goods.

Sava & Co take great care to ensure that your goods arrive in good condition however from time to time goods may break or be damaged during transit. Should this happen, a replacement will be sent to you based on the following conditions;

  1. You must contact Sava & Co within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods.
  2. Sava & Co may ask you to provide photo's of the damaged goods, which you must comply with
  3. Should the replacement item be out of stock, Sava & Co will issue a full refund to your banking institution, including any additional costs associated with the purchase of the goods.
